It’s not about getting skinny, becoming gorgeous, being the slimmest, or who loses the most. It’s about accepting yourself; with flaws and all. It’s a journey to start loving yourself the way you are. However, it’s not a bad thing trying to change. You just cant go over board and focus on getting thinner once you do lose weight. That’s not the point. Think about why your doing this. Most of the reasons would be to make you happier and more confident in your life and have it one less thing to worry about. So once you reach your own personal goal; move on with your life! Being thin should start a new chapter in your life…not distract you from other things you want to do with your life. Start working towards loving yourself the way you are. Look in the mirror every day at the changes your making and love it. But also love what you look like right now. Feel beautiful right now, and don’t just look for it. Beauty is confidence, especially when your confident with the flaws you have. In other words, be healthy & love your body <3
